In Sopwell Ward there
is currently a problem with thefts from sheds on the allotments
in Cottonmill Lane. The local Neighbourhood Constable has met with
many local owners and offered support and crime prevention advice.
The issue has been raised at local partnership meetings and funding
has been set aside for alarms to assist with crime prevention and
detection.
